There are lots of activities and attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon . Visit the famous RSC theatre or walk along the River Avon to Holy Trinity Church , where Shakespeare is buried. Take a bus tour through Stratford and the surrounding area, or stroll through the serene Bancroft Gardens and into the town. Take a boat trip, visit the Shakespeare Houses or relax in one of the many cafes, pubs or restaurants.

Other attractions within an easy drive include Ragley Hall, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace, Redditch and the Cotswolds. Coughton Lodge makes an ideal base from which to explore central England .
